Here is one of my latest juice recipes
- 3 handfuls of kale
- 2 carrots
- 2 celery sticks
- 1 grapefruit (peeled)
- 1 lemon with rind
- 1 inch of ginger root
You will not find this juice in the best taste category. Sometimes it is necessary to enjoy foods for their benefits instead of their taste. For the last two months I have been replacing my breakfast with juices with the help of a juicer machine. Sometimes I may alternate with a smoothie. I try to pick my ingredients according to the benefits they provide. I mixed these ingredients together to help increase energy levels, burn fat, and reduce inflammation.
