How I Am Simplifying My Weight Loss Regimen


I just received these in the mail yesterday.  I am so excited to be adding these greens on the go to my regimen starting this week (WEEK 9).  When I do not have time to juice or I want some increase energy before my workouts, I can just add one of these to a bottle of water.  How simple is that?  When a person starts a journey regarding losing weight, it is important to simplify the regimen as much as possible.  This will help cut down on slipping back into the old unhealthy way of eating due to lack of time.  By adding greens on the go to my regimen, I will still get my 8+ servings of fruits and vegetables with 38 herbs & nutrient-rich super foods from this packet.  This will be helping my body to alkalize, balance, and detox (all ingredients Non GMO).
