This past month I have been alternating between juicing and blending. I put these ingredients together for this smoothie to energize my body naturally. Due to the different roles I play in life, I try to use my time wisely. Smoothies can be used as a quick meal or snack. They can also be used as a pre or post workout meal. By adding this smoothie to my regimen, I am increasing energy levels, metabolism, and feeding my body antioxidants.
- 1 frozen banana
- 6 strawberries
- 25 frozen blueberries
- 6 frozen raspberries
- 1/2-1 cup of coconut water
- 1 heaping tablespoon of cacao powder
Add coconut water to blender first and mix all of the other ingredients in a few at a time. Pour in jar or glass of choice and enjoy.
P.S. I usually add 1 handful of spinach but I forgot today. This taste pretty good to me and it’s beneficial to my body.
