I usually complete my workouts later on in the day. I decided to switch it up today. I do not want to get stuck in a comfort zone. I enjoy my times at the park. It seems like I do some of my best thinking when I am out there with nature. I love to see the rabbits playing. I catch glimpses of a deer sometimes. I completed my 1st workout this morning. It consisted of speed walking & a little running in between for 1 hour & 15 minutes.
