Simple Healthy Meal Choices

Here is a glimpse of a day regarding my eating choices.   I incorporate a lot of juices and smoothies into my choices also. I try to get in at least 2 servings of green tea & 1 gallon of water.  I keep it simple.

Breakfast

scrambled eggs, veggies, & little amount of mozzarella with slices of mango/green tea

 

Snack

Kale, celery, green apple, lemon, & chia seeds

 

Lunch

baked salmon, asparagus, & half baked sweet potato

 

Snack

tomatoes & cucumbers seasoned with apple cider vinegar/black pepper & green tea

 

Dinner

baked chicken & baked broccoli

 

I alternate between different food choices so I will not become bored.
