Smoothie bowls can be a great and fun way to get your health on. You can make them however you want. The sky is the limit lol. I decided to combined blending with juicing. This helps to cut down on watering down the smoothie with milk alternative or water. I don’t like to use a lot toppings because the calories can add up pretty quick. Here are a few ones I have been enjoying.
Pineapple & Mango Smoothie
juiced 1/2 cup pineapple & 1 mango
a handful of frozen pineapple
a couple of ice cubes
1 tsp ashwagandha root powder
liquid b12

hemp hearts
frozen gum drop grapes
strawberries
blackberries
Very Berry Pineapple Smoothie
juiced 1 cup pineapple
a handful of mix strawberries, blueberries & blackberries
1/2 frozen banana
a couple of ice cubes
topping
blackberries
strawberries
coconut meat
hemp hearts
Baked Sweet Potato & Carrot Smoothie
juiced 3/4 cup carrots
1 frozen banana
1 baked sweet potato (cooked earlier)
1 date
a couple of ice cubes
toppings
almond chips
cinnamon
hemp hearts
a few banana slices
Green Smoothie
juiced-1 green apple, 1 cucumber, & inch of ginger root
1 frozen banana
1/2 avocado
a couple of ice cubs
topping
raspberries
pomegranate arils
hemp hearts
Beet Berry Smoothie
juiced 1 beet & handful of strawberries
1/2 cup pomegranate juice
a handful of frozen strawberries
2 dates
a couple of ice cubes
topping
strawberries
pomegranate seeds
hemp hearts
dragon fruit
