Monthly Goals

  1. Write in my journal every morning regarding gratitude
  2. Exercise at least 30 minutes 5 days a week
  3. Enjoy a cup of tea with the book of the month (Vibrate Higher Daily)

Sood (2016) mentioned in an article on Mayo Clinic how practicing daily gratitude can provide happiness & boost immune support. It can increase your overall health. When I focus on gratitude in my life, my soul feels at ease.  I feel light. I feel a sense of appreciation for my life and the people in it.

There is no secret that exercise provides a host of benefits for our bodies. Exercise helps your body feel better, work better, & look better (Mayo Clinic Staff, 2019).  When I exercise, my mood is improve immediately from the release of the feel good endorphins.

According to Wise on Real Simple (2019), reading has benefits also. It does the same thing for the brain (helps keep it in shape) that exercise does for the body physically.

Reading is relaxing also. Reading and enjoying a cup of tea sends a calming and relaxing vibe to my body overall.

These seem simple. Sometimes, it is the simple things that we do in our daily life that makes all the difference.

The combination of all these helps me to become a better version of myself. When I am better, I show up better in all areas of my life.

I can participate in the roles I play in life effectively.
