Quick Simple Healthy Breakfast. Banana Strawberries Toast with Almond Butter


Hey loves, I am stopping by real quick to share another vegan toast idea. I have been asked to share more vegan meal ideas on here.

As I mentioned in a post before regarding the benefits, Ezekiel bread is a healthy alternative (complete protein) when it comes to eating bread.

It is sprouted 100% Whole Grain Bread. 1 slice is 80 calories. So, 2 slices come in at 160 calories.

This is Ezekiel Cinnamon Raisin bread.  It is a carbohydrate but also a complete protein with no trans fats. It is flourless and low glycemic and it is natural with no preservatives.  It is filled with fiber.

However, it is not gluten free.  If gluten is an issue for you, this bread may not be for you.

You can use whatever bread you prefer to create this quick breakfast.

This is a simple and quick breakfast.


Banana Strawberries Toast with Almond Butter on Ezekiel Bread

2 slices Ezekiel bread Cinnamon Raisin
1 sliced banana
1 handful sliced strawberries
1 1/2 tbsp hemp hearts
2 tbsp almond butter (raw)

Quick steps


Spread almond butter on bread and plate the rest of the ingredients to your liking.

Viola! Quick, healthy, & fulfilling breakfast
