Come to find out this is important with certain teas. They need the water to be a specific temperature for you to get the most benefits out of them. I am a girly girl, so I had to go with the pink also.

I like to have a cozy blanket everywhere I go. It seems like the older I get, the more I want to carry a blanket with me lol. This blanket fits the bill. It can be used for home, travel, movies, etc. It feels so soft against my skin.
It is a little pricey for a blanket. I promise you I was giving myself all types of side-eyes before I hit the pay button lol.

We take so many breaths a day without a second thought. We know breathing is necessary. We need to do it to live. There are so many other benefits we can receive. We have to take the time out to understand breathing and how it affects the body overall.

If you have been following my blog, you know I am all about making things easy and convenient. Well, a skincare fridge fits the bill. I was storing a skincare tool (jade roller) & a couple of products in my regular refrigerator.
When I wake up in the morning, I used to go into the kitchen to get that tool and products. Now, I don’t have to. My skincare fridge fits nicely in my bathroom. It cuts down on time and makes it easy to get my morning routine started and done. It’s chic & functional.

I had to build up to this process. Initially, I started with 5 minutes with a shirt on. I gradually work my way up to this process. At first, all you feel is pain, but it gradually turns into relief.

It works, but it may slide off in the middle of the night. I don’t have to worry about that with the silk pillowcase. It does the job the whole night. My hair is soft when I wake up in the morning without any breakage.
I can’t speak about the effects of wrinkles, but it does feel soft against my face. I look refresh in the morning. My skin does not feel dry after I wake up.

Journaling and I go way back. Journaling has been a part of my routine since I was a teenager. I love writing. With journaling, I get to write whatever I want.

This machine is a part of my nighttime routine in two ways. It is used for sleep and with my acupressure mat. I let the sound of my choice play in the background when I lay on the acupressure mat.
It has helped me with my time management. It is an inexpensive tool that allows me a certain amount of time to get things done. When using the timer, I am focused on the specific task for the allowed time.
Because when the timer goes off, the time is up for the specific task I was focusing on.
My phone has a timer, but the feeling is not the same. I think it is something psychological regarding the idea of a timer. It helps you stay focus on the task at hand. It is a great tool to have when working from home.

The hydro flask keeps your drinks cold for up to 24 hours. It keeps your hot drinks hot for up to 12 hours. In the summer in Texas, the hydro flask is a close companion because it is so hot. It is truly a favorite around my household. My husband and both of my daughters have one.
As I have mentioned many times on the blog, it helps me with my water intake. Every night I prepare lemon water and let it sit on my nightstand. It sits there waiting for me in the morning.

Okay, this gem right here was my husband first. I kind of took it for a while lol. See, what had happened was, one night my lower back and the top of my buttocks were aching. Honestly, this part of my body was aching for a few days. I remember that my husband had this massager.

I went to google and found an article about the celebrity, Traci Ellis Ross talking about how she uses this inexpensive in her skincare routine. She is aging well, and she takes care of herself. Next, I added it to the cart.
The kit I bought came with two tools, a 3D roller face massager & T shape electric energy massage device. It is said to tighten skin, increase blood circulation to causing a facelift, removing dark circles, etc.
It has similar results as the jade roller. I would say this kit is more advance and have more benefits than the jade roller. Both are great. You also can use the electric massager that comes in this kit for any other part of your body you feel need massaging.
I have my eyes on some items to add to list. I will update this list from time to time.
